The sniper rifle is one of the secondary weapons for Sebastian Castellanos. It's first obtained during Chapter 6, used to save Joseph Oda. While it is extremely unwieldy in close-quarters, it is the best weapon for ranged engagements, and can clear an entire area before Sebastian Castellanos ever steps foot into it.
